They are listed as the current website designer for Lavana as well.iNet Media collected, used and disclosed my PIPA & HIA informationNo consent was provided to any parties to use or disclose any patient information. This breach occurred from June 2024 to July 2025, they published my patient name and other false info on a public Google Community Business page. They only self-reported themselves to OIPC after the patient sent them a PIPA request. "
