Intecon

I have worked for Intecon for the past 4 years. I'm moving on to be a government civilian and I really look back on this four years fondly. I have worked for big corporations in the past and I will say that Intecon has been a breath of fresh air to my career. All of my management has been first class Thank you Rick Buckwalter, Tony and Ralph you guys are all superb. Thank you all for the past 4 years. Great company 👌 "

I worked for this company for the last two years. I highly recommend looking elsewhere for employment. They say they are a Veteran-based company, but they care nothing for their employees (who are mostly vets) and are only concerned about their bottom line. Several employees are quitting INTECON LLC and no raise or bonus in two years. There is no place for Lowest Price, Technically Acceptable (LPTA) criteria in special operations where operations and services are complex. INTECON LLC clearly shows they are an LPTA company by their lack of experience, professionalism, and how they care (or don't care) for their employees. INTECON LLC and their new and old PMPs have obviously never heard this quote before: "Clients don't come first. Employees come first.
