Intrepide is an AI product studio based in Atlanta, Georgia. We work with established, mid-market companies that have real operations to run and want AI to carry part of the load.
Our work falls into three areas:
- Company OS: we connect the tools a company already uses to one knowledge base, so people get answers with sources, permissions follow each role, and AI agents handle the busywork while a person approves anything that matters.
- AI agents for real roles: support, sales development, bookkeeping and recruiting agents that work inside your inbox, CRM and help desk, with every action logged along with its cost.
- Local AI: private models on your own hardware, for data that has to stay in the building.
We work as your product team, not a dev shop. Each engagement brings product, architecture, AI and engineering under one roof: a project manager, senior engineers and QA, plus a client success manager who stays in touch after launch. Larger builds get a dedicated team and access to our client portal. We also run AI workshops for leadership and operations teams.
What we've built and shipped includes an operating platform for real-estate brokerages, AI deal management for private lenders, an AI-native EHR with an AI medical scribe and medical-grade speech recognition, design-and-estimate tools for deck and fence contractors, and AI lease redlining for commercial real-estate attorneys.

Every engagement starts with a free strategy call and a walkthrough of the tools you use today. Then we ship working software early and demo it every week. We use cloud models or open models on your own hardware, and your data never trains anyone else's model. If we aren't the right fit, we'll say so.
