Worst job ever, terrible pay too. The staff doesn't even help you, they could care less. The pay's sucks, there's no room for advancement. Instead of trying to fix the system they just tell you to email them; they do nothing about it. Don't apply here unless you're desperate. The only pro about this job is it's close to the metro so you can get from hell when you're finished. "

Writing about my father as he did job dedicatedly but they gave too much pressure to sell products though he was good at technical and operating software. No overtime though he gave his best to manage customer. He was getting under pay rates . Very bad company.duebto them my father facing hiper tension issue . Their Manager are un professional and un experienced. No proper training or guidance has been provided and asking for work what he never go through. "

I rarely write negative reviews but I need to put this out here for others to see. If you care about your mental health and wish to be treated like a human then plz don't work here.Worked with them for a year and they had to make up a story and asked me to resign or else they will fire me and it'll affect my employment history. Everything about this company is so wrong. You never get your exact pay and when you write to demand for an explanation, nothing is done. They force you to do sales whenever u work as a chat agent and have no means to contact customers and when you don't meet your target, you get a suspension.I just wish they can treat people a little bit like humans and appreciate the work they do and give a little credit for the hard work. I read the negative reviews before joining the company but now I understand why.If you want to gain some work experience then you can join but always have a backup plan and be strong & prepared for what's coming because their exploitation will never end since they know people are desperate and need jobs. "

I joined the company as a customer service intern, and it quickly became clear that the training program was a joke. The online instructor read from low-quality slides, and we were overwhelmed with new material before we even had a chance to understand the previous lessons. There was no opportunity to practice, and it felt like a brainteaser competition. We had to watch videos and split-screen recordings of agents working with multiple software programs, but we couldn’t follow what was happening because we only had one monitor, and the video quality was terrible.Once we started handling real customer calls, it was chaos. We were unprepared, left to deal with live customers without knowing how to resolve their issues—all for a base wage of $15 per hour. Some of us thought the calls were fake at first! There was no professional guidance, and on the first day, we didn’t even know who our supervisor was or where to report. The technical issues were endless, and we ended up putting customers on hold repeatedly because we didn’t know what to do. A week later, a supervisor showed up, but their main goal seemed to be pressuring us to perform better, not helping. The support team was completely overwhelmed, and it was impossible to get timely assistance. Our group chats were filled with trainees shouting for help, but responses took hours. And when help did come, it was often in the form of someone remotely fixing the issue without explaining what happened, so we never learned anything. This company doesn’t value its agents or its customers. It’s all about selling products, no matter what. The salaries are low at $15 an hour, and they keep dropping each month. Overtime mysteriously disappears, commissions are denied with vague excuses about performance, and basic amenities like water coolers are nonexistent. The work environment is so toxic that it feels like every dollar earned is spent on therapy afterward. You get two short breaks during an eight-hour shift, which isn’t enough to take care of your physical or mental health.Customers and agents are both trapped in this mess. If you ever find yourself in this situation, run away as fast as you can! "

Very cheap company not paying goodPaying just minimum wage but taking work as they r paying $20-$25hourly.The sales bonus, they are paying after 3 months and I quit the job I had picture of my sales now they r saying no sales you had. That’s so weird.Pressuring their employees. Just hiring the sup or manager those who never took any single call and they r giving pressure to take good survey, sales and more demands.Never recommend anyone to work with this company. "
