iReadCustomer is an AI development company and software house in Greater Bangkok (Pathum Thani), Thailand, founded in 2023.
What we build: AI agents that take over repetitive office work, LINE and Facebook chat assistants that answer customers and hand off to staff, document-reading AI for invoices and tax forms, dashboards, ERP (Odoo) and custom web and mobile software.
How we work: we start with one job your team repeats every day and build a small trial connected to your own data and systems. We test it on real examples you choose, and it only goes live once it passes. Risky actions always need a human to approve them. At handover you get the code, configuration, test results and a runbook, and the AI and cloud accounts stay in your name.
Pricing: transparent, by man-day from THB 7,990, with projects from THB 50,000.
