We were a client of ISO outsource for over 10 years, and honestly, I wish we had switched sooner. Over time, the service went downhill badly. Every issue felt like it had to be explained to multiple people because no one got the full picture. No one on their team seemed to talk to each other, and it seems like we had a new person every month or two. We'd wait days or weeks for basic problems to finally be fixed by someone who knew what they were doing. After paying them for over a decade, we expected at least some level of proactive guidance.Switching to another provider has been eye-opening. The difference in responsiveness and actual care for our business is night and day. ISOutsource is not what they used to be, and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone looking for reliable IT support.
