I have been working with Jon for some time now, and with the support of JonUX Creative I have managed to develop my core brand into 4 sub-brands for each service that I offer.I approached Jon with a complicated brief. I had already established my business for some time, and after realising that I should have created separate brands for each service I offer, I wasn't sure how to move forward. I wanted each sub-brand to be distinguishable (Counselling, Blogs, Podcast, Groups), but to also link to an overall ethos/value that was incorporated in the core brand (Silence Speaks).Jon took the time to listen to my problem, before conducting his own research and identifying a solution that other brands (BBC, Amazon, etc) had also faced. We worked together to establish a new layout for my services and the overall brand, and once Jon & I agreed on how this would look (using Miro along the way to make the whole process simplified and easy to navigate), he went to work on the graphic design side of things and supported me to implement the new brand in my marketing plans and on my website.The whole experience was enjoyable from start to finish, and I managed to pick up quite a few skills along the way, due to Jon's ability to relate some of his skills on to others.
