Thought being a woman owned company was a great thing so not . One assignment the job was ok though training was thrown at you / didn't go back due knowing job would be hiring within . Missed a day followed instructions to call in totally lied either the comp or the job which was not professional and sent me to another I didn't take went off on me I contacted the said job in my defense recruiter was so rude I wanted to report to labor board. So again all recruiters are not always on your side Spoke to a professional about this and she was the only one who actually listened and cared not just for their so call reputation please "Linda Reeder's Review Sourced from Google
Great support system in place. Very professional, as well as helpful. 10 out of 10 recommended. Kim and the staff such as Lily have all been very helpful. If you’d like to work from home I recommend this company. "Kurtis Jansen's Review Sourced from Google
I have had a great experience with KBI! My recruiter Abigail Ruscitto has been a tremendous help! Any time I have had any issues with pay or scheduling etc. she has been able to help me ASAP. I am so happy to transition into a new career and develop new skill sets! I owe my gratitude to KBI and Abigail! They are genuine in there help and have been nothing but kind and impactful in a positive way on me! Huge shoutout to Abigail!!! "Rameen Nazir's Review Sourced from Google
I have read all the reviews which are great but my review is not going to be that great. For starters, as a recruiter you must be professional in your field of work which many recruiters from this agency are not.I have been contacted by numerous recruiters from this agency who I can barely understand their language and that are so unprofessional when calling a candidate like myself. These recruiters do not introduce themselves. They make the call and assume that the person who picks up the phone is the person on the resume and greet the person by saying example “Hello Cathy I’m calling because I have a job for you, are you available?” This is so unprofessional! What ever happened to greeting with respect and introducing yourselves professionally and then informing someone as to why are you calling them? Does anyone from this agency know how to professionally do their job correctly?!Lastly, they send out emails with a short job description. There is no hourly rate included, there is a short description for a huge title which makes no sense and they do this just to enroll you into their systems. They DEMAND and pressure you to apply or to respond quickly to move on to the next candidate to be added into their systems. They inform you that you will be contacted within 10 days or less regarding the many job opportunities that they offer at thee moment, and they never call you until weeks/months later. So Unprofessional to the core!! I used to work with George back in January of 2019-March of 2021 and he have been extremely helpful. I left as I ended up finding a permanent job however I would highly recommend this company. He have been amazing along with his colleagues there too. They do care about you as an employee which I always appreciated. If I ever end up needing a Temporary Job again, I would definitely look forward in using this company again and will look forward in referring people to this company!
