There should honestly be a way to give these guys a half a star, as they fool-heartedly deserve it! These guys are a bunch of scammers, charging arduous amounts and never delivering. Just like some of the reviews stated earlier, they will keep you on the line and keep fabricating new payments and amounts that you owe them. If I were you I would turn the other way and look for a website designer with at least a couple of hundred reputable five-star reviews. "

i got my website done with this company back 2023. it was working perfectly fine until 3 weeks ago. i am not able to access to the my website and it is all for my work! i tried to contact to this company again and their all phones are disconnected even their emails!i did some search and reach out the server hosting company where they use. i was told they haven’t paid the monthly server fee for 2 months and if i pay it which is $628 i would be able to use my website again. i told them it is my website the domain is under my name and using this website for my business but at the end they want me to bring court order to prove they is my website! i am trying to reach out this thief’s to get my website back. if someone knows how to reach them out please let me know.Thanks.UPDATE: finally i got an email and was saying they can help me but i need to pay ONE TIME FEE which is i paid and got an project completion document is saying “ As your project has been completed, kindly provide us with your approval by signing this document in order for us to hand over all the source files and credentials to you.” but Frank who emailed me asking another $1000 to give me my source files and credentials. i attach the conversations here. my next destination will be a court to sue this thiefs and get my all money back what paid. "

They will rip you off. Overpriced and will not even warn you that your website’s hosting is about to end. They want money for every move even after you pay them heaps of money. "

Charged me $500 for 5 years of website hosting. After a year they told me I had to pay $799 for security. Went to go daddy. They gave me website hosting with security for $10 a month and told me that hosting already includes the security. Strategix design refused to refund me the remainder of the $500 for the hosting I did not use after lying to me about purchasing security I did not need. Stay away from this company "

I think one star is too much to this company, a year ago I start my own business and I get in touch with them (Alfred Salmon) to create a website for my business, they charged me about $6000 with zero results since one year.Few days ago I contact the company (Sophia) to get my website back page credential's and she told me I need to purchase SEO and another thing don't understand it, and after I told her that I purchased the SEO from Alfred Salmon and he charge me $3500 she told me Alfred has been fired and you need to have a new one, and I need to purchase another thing to keep your website secure I told her I had already purchased the hosting and paid for it please don't try to sell me anything I only need my website back page credentials and she refused to give me those.My advise for anyone thinking to do business with this company is to think twice. "
