Technology can easily make one feel defeated if they're unable to manage it well. With the help of the Kotman Team, especially John Baker, we were able to get my Scan Snap up and running. He was extremely courteous and patient, though hunger may have been on his heels, (he was right about to go to lunch when the issue began), I never felt any resentment or impatience grow towards the situation. Not only did he fix the technical issue, but he took the time to walk me through the different configurations so that way I'd be able to recognize what the settings should look like in the future. I never felt talked down to or silly for not knowing how to work the equipment, but instead felt heard and experienced kindness.
