Our communication with LeewayHertz dwindled as it failed to address these issues promptly. The agency's lack of adherence to project timelines and inefficient coordination with our sales and marketing teams proved problematic. LeewayHertz's mismanagement of Apple's app review process and the confusion over PayPal integration led to unexpected costs and delays, significantly affecting our development schedule and budget. Despite these challenges, we learned more about project management and vendor communication through this experience. We need to be more thorough in our vetting process for future partnerships.
