Later when I asked the feedback I was told that my communication skills are good but I need to work on my technical skills.May be not in my destiny.Thank you "

I went there for interview.JD and my skills were matching very well. I went there after 50 KM journey in walk-in. I was only single person there for interview. Awaited there for 30 minutes. I remindered the person on reception for interview and then HR call me. She communicated only two minutes and said you are working in team,we are looking for person that work independently. and we will call you as more candidates come fir interview.My concern is company should improve interview process as only those people can come who meet job criteria. So that valuable time can be save of peoples whose profile not matching with your job. "
