Here is the problem we work on. More and more people ask an AI who to hire before they ever open a search page. If the AI does not know your business, or knows it and picks someone else, you are invisible in a place you cannot see. Most businesses have no idea what ChatGPT, Claude, or Perplexity say about them. We do.

How we work. Every client gets a standing set of the real questions their customers ask. We run those questions against all three engines on a schedule, and a person reads every answer and marks whether the client was named. That number is Pick Rate. We coined it, we publish how we measure it, and we never mark our own work done. The system checks it.

Then we do the work that moves the number. Generative engine optimization (GEO), so the engines know who you are, what you do, and where. Answer engine work, so the pages they read say the thing they came looking for. Server-side AI crawler monitoring, so we can see which AI bots actually visit your site and which ones are being turned away, from your own server logs, not a guess. And when the site itself is the problem, custom WordPress builds designed for AI discoverability from the first line.
