In August of 2017, Levels Creative Services was officially inaugurated in Auckland while Micah completed his first Shopify website, www.papierhq.co.nz, for a client outside of the family business. Micah became a Shopify Expert and Partner in 2017 and later that year was selected for and completed the Shopify Accelerator Course. In 2019, she was a recipient of the Shopify Unite Fund, where Shopify's COO Harley Finkelstein discussed Levels in his inaugural keynotes. They co-founded the Shopify Women's Network, which has over 1500 members, after meeting some incredible women at the same conference. A community designed to enable women to confidently use Shopify to expand their online brands. Micah has finished over fifty Shopify websites and numerous other creative endeavors.

Over 15 Years of Experience in Graphic Design, Writing, and Film Production. 15 Years of Marketing, Social Media, and Customer Service Experience. Over a Decade of Experience in Ecommerce and Website Development (Plus a Shopify User Since 2011). Expert/Partner in Shopify with a Master of Arts (M.A.) with Distinction.
