Unprofessional and Outdated Hiring PracticesI had a frustrating experience with this company during the interview process. Despite claiming to be reputable, their communication felt aggressive and unprofessional.I was asked to submit my resume in Word format, which was a first for me. I asked for clarity and they became very defensive, insisted it was a standard request, and then instantly rejected me. This was alarming coming from an HR Manger.Overall, it left a bad impression. I believe companies should be open to being asked questions, especially when it comes to something as straightforward as resume formatting. There are plenty of other organizations that approach things in a more professional and respectful way.I wouldn't recommend applying here.Update to response:No, my review accurately reflects my experience with your company.
