Being a Singapore based startup with limited resources, I was in a quandary having worked with vendors that were overpromising and overcharging, but severely underdelivering. For various reasons they were not providing solutions that were a match for my business needs but trying at every step to slap 'add on' charges to the bill.The E-Commerce space is a highly saturated and extremely competitive environment where businesses are differentiated by the smallest details. And so it becomes imperative to have a tech platform that works well, has design features that enhances the user experience, helps drive your business ideas to fruition and most of all, ACCELERATES THE GROWTH OF THE BUSINESS.In these key aspects, Logicwind has done very well to deliver. In my specific situation they had to find solutions to work around the problems and limits that come with a legacy platform. And despite it being challenging they found clever and innovative solutions that made it work.They have room for improvement in certain areas but I'm giving 5 stars because they have displayed the skill and determination to solve complex problems, do it at a reasonable cost and expend extra time and effort to make it possible.So whether you're a SME or a bigger business entity or even an individual seeking out tech solutions, they come highly recommended. "

Worst Experience.They didn't offer promotion even after completion of 6 months.Moreover, I was not even provided experience letter or relieving letter(matters if you want to work in MNC or go to abroad)even after exceeding duration of notice period. "
