Stay away from this company!!!!!They are a scammer, a scheme to put you into getting the logo, applying for USPTOS for both company's name and logo.Call the USPTO to verify first! You will see they won't apply for you until you told them you need the serial confirmation from USPTOs (8 digits). Then they will ask you to pay extra for attestation fee which was already included in the initial package. USPTOs will tell you that you don't need to pay anything extra beside $250 application fee for both company and logo. This company lies to the customers and betrays their trust. "

These guys are complete SCAMMERS. I have never been so disgusted about how they abuse their customers, especially the non-tech savvy ones. They are not honorable at all, they'll quote you a price, and increase it, when there is a new public hack, they'll try to get thousands of dollars out of you rather than secure you the smart way (which might take about 1 hour of labor). When you are done with them, they will ask you for thousands of dollars for the rights for your website. When life happens, they will try to find ways to overbill you horribly, especially if you are not technically inclined. They claim to work from Silicon Valley also, yet they are far away.Stay away from this business at ALL costs do not have LOGO PROFS DEVELOP A WEBSITE FOR YOU. EVER! Also look them up on Google Maps they have an 'upstairs' they don't have a store front or a real presentable business. As I'm writing this, I'm wondering....who did they pay to give high reviews?I worked with someone named Samantha- she was the organizer. From the very get go, this company pushes their products to convince you to buy more. They talk a big game about how if you don't have this or that, you're doomed in the marketing world. After you do purchase the extra package that they've thrown on you....the fun begins.I was supposed to receive logos for an antiques store in the country. When i received my thumbnails, i was shocked. I had logos that looked like sports teams and computer companies....it was as if they had no clue who they were marketing to when making the first round. The only one that seemed to be antique-ish was the one I gave them!!! I had sent in my own idea via their portal- a drawn out version of a logo. Really? Mine was the best one?Then the real fun began- we were going back and forth for days/weeks on the logo to make it perfect. Having had an art background, I know a little about kearning and spacing....let me tell you- there was no craftmanship in this logo. It's as if someone slapped it together at 5pm with a beer in their hand and called it a day. Maybe it's just me, but I assume that when I review a logo from a company called 'LOGO DESIGN PROFS'....that i'm looking for a professional logo. Nope. No. I got upset and contacted several people....asking what the deal was. They made me feel like they were doing everything in their power to make me happy, and I was the one having the issues. I told them that I wanted to stop using their site...I wanted my one logo (even tho I paid for an entire package which included business cards, stationary, envelopes, etc) and to be gone. I would rather lose my $200 than to keep working with them. This was in 03/2021.Several months later (today)....I realized that their site said 100% money back guarantee for unsatisfactory work. I called their customer service and someone told me that because I had accepted the one 'finalized' logo...I was not able to get a refund. They told me today that they would send my concern up to the refund area, but that I shouldn't get my hopes up due to policy. I asked how long it would be until i heard back...."it might be via email, it might be via phone...it may take 2 days or so."I don't write yelp reviews....I hate wasting my time on these when I could be enjoying my day, but can not stand to think of other people giving this business their money.
