Be careful if using this company, as the "owner" is a scam artist. Samantha had lengthy conversations with one of our managers to pay for a portion of a guests check since she couldn't attend the event. We processed her card over the phone, send receipts, she was ever so thankful, and then BAM! Chargeback. Fraudulent activity, and card not present. We sent everything that we had to the credit card company, and Visa, and she was found in favor. Not to mention we reached out after the chargeback, and she ghosted us. Shame on you, hurting a small business owner while you look like a big shot buying a bottle of champagne, a bottle of wine, and dinner for someone and using your sick dog as a reason you weren't in attendance. Smoke and mirrors.... Stay away from this company at all costs! "
