We recruit for engineering, design, finance, operations, marketing and sales. Our team sources candidates, runs a hands-on skills test, an English evaluation and a cultural-fit interview, and presents only the people we would hire ourselves. Most roles are filled in about 21 days.
Companies can work with us in three ways. With a placement, we find the right person and the client hires them directly for a one-time fee. With staffing, we also take care of contracts, payroll and compliance for a monthly fee. And for larger needs, we build and coordinate a dedicated remote team.
Every placement comes with a 90-day replacement guarantee, and if we don't find the right match, there is no fee.
