They are very slow at resolving issues when tickets are reported. I have been waiting 11 days for their technician to update my firewall to show the logging information for security threats. I have had to ask daily for updates and status, and they take days to respond. Definitely not recommended when it comes to security concerning your network! We signed up to use this firewall blocking company endorsed by GM. Somehow they end up blocking our ability to hear incoming calls that are recorded for training purposes. This is about the 8th time I have called to correct this problem and the third time today. It seems like our internet has also slowed down since we have used them. I just want it corrected.
