Pluralsight

To be fair the training courses I’ve taken are good and worthwhile. However my current one encountered some difficulties with the first lab exercise. So is my encounter with training support that has been negative. You’d think I might get better support given my Fortune 500 company is paying for their AWS cert prep training courses for seems several hundred employees. However their first lab exercise video is outdated. It doesn’t work. Then when I contacted their support they told me they don’t support AWS lab exercises in their training courses. Told me to contact Amazon. Right like Amazon provides support for free. Am very disappointed as am having to spend my evenings, weekends, holidays, and 5 week day mornings while on vacation trying to complete the training. Even paid $271 for a T-Mobile 5G hotspot and 10GB data while on vacation so could work on the training. Worse seems support has made the lab exercises more difficult over the years. Now they no longer provide an AWS lab playground. Instead for this course I had to sign up for a live Amazon account providing a credit card. Supposedly the labs are using free AWS services but the free have limitations. Already 3 runs trying to fix the issue has consumed 9 seconds of AWS which is a lot. I did try the usual techie approach google it and see what comes up. I tried that but failed too. That was the 3rd run. "

Excellent office building (one of the best in Utah) with plenty of parking. Security is excellent and includes visitor badging. The inside restaurants are excellent. Easy to access I-15. "

After finishing trial period in the plural Sight learning website, and after paying full year, i got logged out and blocked from accessing my account, with no reason, just because I was pausing videos to practice then resuming it, they use an inaccurate software that detects security problems, I found many reviews from users that have the same experience, also customer support are not helpful they just replied that this matter is ended and they will not reply to me to even tell me the reason, stay away from that company to save your money and time.Update————The customer support contacted me again and removed the blocking on my membership "

BE VERY CAREFUL WHILE DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY IN FINANCIAL TRANSACTIONS. While the courses offered are excellent Pluralsights customer service is terrible. All contact is by email and they will not respond to emails. Unfortunately they charged my card in error and will not respond to my emails for over a week and half. I had to go as far as disputing the charge with my bank. Unfortunately while their product is excellent, their business practices are not. "

Super awesome building, finished fall of 2020 so it is brand new. It's got incredible interior design work and has great views and a great atmosphere! "
