Minimal Budget: $1,000 - $10,000

Average Hourly Rate: $125/hr

Pro AI builds custom AI systems and automations for growing UK businesses — typically firms of 10 to 200 people that lose hours every week to the manual work between the tools they already use.

What we do: business process automation that connects your existing systems (CRM, accounts, job or case management, email, spreadsheets); AI agents that read, decide and act across them; intelligent document processing that turns PDFs and forms into structured data; and fractional AI leadership for firms that want a senior technical voice without a full-time hire.

How we work: every engagement starts with a fixed-price Automation Audit and a written map of where time is lost. An Automation Sprint then builds one system and takes it live within a month, reporting the hours saved. We build on your existing software, model-agnostic, with human sign-off designed in.

Results: compliance reporting cut by 93% (days to under two hours); 15 hours a week returned to each fee earner at a professional-services firm; 10,000 documents made searchable in a first deployment.

Based in York, working with clients across the UK. Founded 2020.
