My job uses this company as our interpreter service they provide very poor service, every interpreter you get is very rude for no reason, half of them do not interrupt for you I had one tell me I don’t interrupt names it’s quite literally your job, I had another one hang up on because I asked him to repeat something, this week I had a interrupter who was very rude from the beginning of the phone call he had a attitude there was a lot of background noise on his end so I asked for him to repeat something he did not like that and when I asked if this person was new to our company the interpreter very rudely said I stated that from the beginning this company needs to do better I have never once had a good interaction with these interpreters and I use them almost daily "
