I contacted Quinn Technologies for assistance with resetting my password. Mr. Michael Chamberlain contacted me immediately. Mr. Chamberlain not only helped me reset my password but he also discovered that my computer hadn’t been updated in months. Mr. Chamberlain took control of my computer and ran several updates. He spent quite a bit of time trying to get my computer to function properly. Mr. Chamberlain was pleasant, knowledgeable, and extremely patient. Mr. Chamberlain recommended that I also contact my company’s IT department for assistance with obtaining the necessary verification credentials to access my company’s portal. After Mr. Chamberlain finished running the software updates with my computer, he sent a follow-up email to inform me of the status of my computer and to check to see if I was able to access my company’s portal.
