I have two older Mac laptops that need service every year or so. Mark at RAD Computers always does a great job for me, for a reasonable price and in good time. They were the ONLY place who had the Power Supply I needed, when I needed it. I was searching all over for a power supply for my high spec Editing PC build. You wouldn't think a power supply for a pc would be so difficult to find, but trying to track one down without ordering online and waiting days for shipping was starting to become a nightmare. I called and drove to more than a handful of places around the valley only to be let down by the lack of products, poor customer service or overall lack of patience of a lot of the supposed "PC Shops". The staff members at RAD are well informed as opposed to some of the larger establishments I visited. They were very patient and answered every questions I had, and this was over the phone. Upon arrival Paul was able to get me in and out in 5 minutes with exactly what I needed. I appreciate excellent customer service, and that is exactly what I got here. If you're on the search for PC related problem solvers, i'd give them a call or drop them a visit (they did require a mask when I visited). "
