Prior to founding Ripple, Vivek ran Veri Communications, a corporate communications firm. He worked with several global companies on branding, marketing strategy, internal communications & employee engagement programs.Vivek started his career as an investment banker in New York.
Prior to founding Ripple, Madhura ran Sharp Shooter Films, a video production firm, which was a joint venture with WPP, the largest media group in the world.During her career in advertising, Madhura has worked with large, global brands including Coke, Sunsilk, AT&T, BskyB, Samsonite and Mentos.
Smaran has been an animator of repute for over a decade. He was a key player on the animation team of the multi-award winning Japanese animation feature, TATSUMI (a contender for the Best Foreign Film Oscar 2012 and a nominee at the Cannes Film Festival).He holds a B.A. degree in Animation.
