Who Are We?
We are a marketing agency here in Melbourne, Florida, made up of a really fun team of people who love marketing, coffee, Star Wars, and all things Brevard County. What we stand for says a lot about who we are, so lets start with our core values. These are core values we base our decisions on, they guide us in who we hire onto our team, and they are how we make sure our team is aligned.

Our purpose statement is something that defines why we do what we do. Why it matters that we take care of our team, why it matters that we steward our clients resources well, why we should do the right thing, and why we get involved in our community. It all comes down to one statement: Because People Matter

Our team, the people of Rock Paper Simple, are what makes us so special. We work hard to ensure we have the right people in the right seats. This marketing team is made of Marketing Managers, Designers, Web Developers, Copywriters, Videographers, a Digital Ad Specialist, a Social Media Specialist, and more.

We live, work, and play locally in Brevard County and have served over 500 clients across the area since 2013. We love our area and are actively involved.

Tom is a Brevard County native and has a degree in Graphic Design. He moved to Wisconsin to finish High School and College where he became an avid Green Bay Packers fan. Tom has been active in the local creative development and marketing scene since 2004 which is when he moved back to Florida.

Emily is a marketing manager who loves to add value to every project she works on and strives to always bring new ideas to the table. Previously working in consulting she has helped clients in many industries rebrand, reposition, and bring their marketing strategies to life.

Charanjit Suman (CJ) grew up in India and lives in Melbourne, FL. He holds three masters degrees in marketing, business, and accounting. Back in 2009, CJ learned the roots of digital marketing and worked as a freelancer for five years and for a multinational corporation for four years.
