Taking a job in this company turned out to be the worst decision of my professional life. The atmosphere was strange from the very beginning, but what happened next went beyond absurdity and unprofessionalism. The first two weeks were a few boring introductory meetings that brought nothing. When I got to the hospital, I was ready to work remotely, but the team categorically refused, stating that I should only come back after leaving the hospital. Sweet words of understanding turned out to be pure hypocrisy.I left the hospital on Tuesday and on Wednesday I was brutally thrown out without giving a reason. While trying to figure out what happened, all I heard was some bullshit about two missed calls and one missed meeting. The real blow came when they tried to reduce their hours worked from 100 to 40, which was pure fraud. Access to the systems in which I worked was immediately cut off, and all traces of my work disappeared without a trace.Not only did they not pay me the money due, but they also conditioned it on the return of the laptop, even though there is no such provision in the contract. Mrs. J.S., responsible for my case, responds to e-mails with a delay of several days, and when I finally decided to point out the violation of the regulations, she replied that she was forwarding the matter to the Legal Advisor. This whole situation is a complete lack of professionalism, cronyism and absolute lack of respect for the employee.The company barely survives on one client, and the project they are working on is a technological disaster with enormous technical debt. They use outdated technologies and ignore coding standards. They don't even use basic tools like ESLint or Prettier. I advise against any cooperation with this nightmare. My biggest complaint is directed at Mrs. J.S. from HR - her ego is huge, she is impudent and absolutely incompetent. She didn't even know about my case. How such a company still exists remains a mystery to me. "

In summer 2022 they didn't pay me for a trial day in Gdansk! I still haven't got my money back! "
