We don't do paid advertising. Our clients typically come to us by word-of-mouth referrals or direct working experience with us. We are very particular about selecting new clients and often interview potential clients as much as they interview us.

We believe that our reputations are linked to those of our clients, so this is a matter we take very seriously. We are small by design and will not take on new clients if the added workload jeopardizes the level of attention to our existing clients.

We do traditional communication and public relations for clients in a diverse set of industries, particularly healthcare. Essentially, this boils down to helping them articulate their messaging or stance on issues that matter to them. We then work to include their thought leadership in public dialogue.

We also help organizations create or raise their visibility and public standing by positioning them as industry experts among their stakeholders. In the end, we protect our clients' brand integrity, boost their corporate reputations, facilitate new cross-sector partnerships and work proactively to reduce any possible negative sentiment, misinterpretation or even litigation.
