At the initial stage of our collaboration, Igor Hodunay cited his professional experience and the fact that he was a partner in the company and President of the Management Board of SENLA, which influenced my level of trust.The collaboration was conducted without a formal agreement, based on verbal agreements. As agreed, payment was made towards the project. Some of the work was presented, but key project functionality was not implemented. Completion dates were repeatedly postponed, and at one point, contact with Igor was completely cut off—messages and phone calls remained unanswered.To clarify the situation, I personally visited the SENLA office and informed the company representatives of the circumstances, hoping for assistance in establishing contact.
