I loved how John interacted and spoke clearly stating and defining what success means and how he will attain it.However I felt a bit of arrogance which is not appropriate for a service based company. Agreed your organization gives results and may not be suitable for all but stating roughly on the face that decide if the budget suits you else you are wasting my time was not something we do since we are into service industry itseld.Possibly you have a low conversion rate given the high costs and several calls you may be taking may turn negative however the approach was not appreciated. Confidence is good, over confidence is hazardous :)I possibly may be your customer at some point. I have still given 5 stars to this review since one statement does make me judge a good company like yours.Stick to your pricing. Lower your attitude "
