The company has highly discriminatory policies, creating an unfair and biased work environment. There is absolutely no job security-employees are let go without transparent reasons or proper communication. The management lacks accountability, and there's a clear disregard for employee well-being. I would not recommend working here if you're looking for a stable and respectful workplace. They only hire freshers and don’t value mid senior employees and provoke them to resign. "
