In 2020 the team leveraged large unidentifiable data sets from such organizations to develop an AI health assistant. This patient engagement tool helps patients better understand their symptoms and manage them. Now, they are working on further developing such a solution under the name of Vibesdoc to help identify more diseases.

Silibrain has also developed a pharmacy & telehealth hub solution for medical practitioners and institutions in Latin America, starting with Guatemala. Such an offering uses mobile and server apps to aid the industry's digital transformation in such a region.
