I had no issues with the facility and it's design and configuration, however, the event held there, wrestling, was an absolute nightmare. I am a vet, and our tickets was through a service for veterans that provide free seats for events. I got 4 tickets in hope I, my wife, my Son and his future wife could all enjoy the event. Unfortunately my Son and his fiance was unable to attend, so that left two tickets for us and two free to give to whomever wanted to see the event since the tickets were already paid for. Upon receiving the two tickets for my wife and I, I noticed the seats were not in the same row or even section for that matter. I took the tickets to will call services attendant and showed him the tickets. He explained that it would be OK and that we could sit anywhere as long as it wasn't the first row of GA(general admission) which was fine. We got two seats in section 5 row B seat 20 and 19. Right by the bell ringer area. Then someone arrived that must have had the seats we were at, so they moved us again. We moved to Section 5 Row C seats I believe were 9 and 10, but weren't certain. At this point the place was getting pretty crowded and starting to fill up. Again the seating ushers came out and told us to move up and fill in the empty seats in the front row because they were about to shoot a segment and wanted the front row filled for TV. We moved up and wasn't there 30 secs when other guest came walking up telling us we were in their seats. So at this point I was getting very frustrated and asked the attendant if we could just sit in the back, but the ushers again tried to get us to move. I looked at my Wife and said, "Let's Go!" We left because I'm a disabled veteran and can't be moving every 5 mins, climbing over chairs, and people. We Unfortunately didn't get to see the event live, but we did watch it later online. Thanks for the opportunity to at least try to watch a live match. Maybe some other time, I'll be able to come back and actually experience this moment live.The event was Impact Wrestling: Countdown to Victory Road it was Friday 23rd, 2022 at 6:30 pm. "
