Every engagement begins with a Blueprint Audit: a structured diagnostic that maps stakeholder priorities, identifies technical and governance failures, and produces a Board-ready report with specific findings and recommendations. The audit costs £2,500 and stands alone there is no obligation to proceed, and the report belongs to the organisation regardless of what comes next.
