Once you sign off on the proposal, we do a kickoff meeting to collect as much brand information and institutional knowledge as possible. From there, we make sure all your social media platforms are branded by making any necessary changes. These changes may include brand icons for profile photos, and cover images, changes to the business or ad manager setup, pixel integrations, and bio updates.
We develop a strategy for social and then write and design all the content needed for social media for a month and upload it to a social media scheduling tool for you to review, make any required edits, and approve. Often our calendars include recommendations for ads, giveaways, offers, and influencer campaigns. Once you approve the calendar, we schedule and publish everything on your behalf. When we publish posts, we use relevant hashtags and reply to comments and DMs on your brand's behalf.
