Fairly smooth installation and your techs do know their side of the installation very well. Only real criticism would be in relation to the techs not brushing up on their own project managers SOW for the projects. Even though the SOW had the answers, I still received calls from both the install and support techs. I answered their questions by reading the answers from their SOW 90% of the time. "
