As the MD of Tangent, Oli is responsible for setting company strategy and managing the leadership team. Oli works across all of Tangent’s client portfolio and has experience working with a range of client sectors including Technology, Media, FMCG, Telecoms and Retail.

With experience in both B2B and B2C digital marketing, Nadine helps deliver strategic direction of the agency’s projects. Having worked at Tangent for over 6 years, she’s a trusted partner to clients.

Andy has over 15 years application development experience; working with organisations such as the London Stock Exchange, BAE Systems and WPP. During this time, he has worked across full stacks; scoping, designing, documenting and delivering award winning and large enterprise standard.

Caroline has over 20 years’ experience in digital experience and platform development. She has led diverse projects from the delivery of HSBC.com to the redesign of the IWG customer portal app. She has also worked on a number of service design projects for the likes of the Co-operative and Dulux.

Helen has over 12 years experience with Tangent, having previously worked in banking, design and media.Passionate about building strong client relationships and empowering people to deliver excellence in everything we do, Helen heads up our office in Newcastle upon Tyne.
