Despite numerous attempts, they ignored my company’s messages, refused to send the final version of the contract, and declined to sign the necessary documents for the transfer of intellectual property rights to the code they developed — an obligation that was clearly part of our agreement.Their behavior has been unprofessional and deeply concerning. It has caused serious disruption to my business operations and raised serious red flags regarding the company's integrity. Given the circumstances, I now suspect that I may not be the only client treated this way, and I urge others to be extremely cautious when considering any collaboration with this firm.I have also contacted the platform where I initially left a positive review to request its removal and to urge them to investigate TechEniac for possible fraudulent activity.Until this issue is resolved transparently, I cannot recommend TechEniac and strongly advise others to thoroughly verify all legal and contractual safeguards before working with them. "
