Technaureus has provided us with CW8 Module for Odoo 18 to support catch weight on products.The conversion from our old software into Odoo we experienced extremely damaging problems with our data and operations. Their module did not fully support all the infrastructure we needed out of the box. This was not advised to us by their team, but was instead discovered later as we integrated the software into our operations more and more. Our requirements of Odoo increased over time.Over the course of the next year they gave FREE support in order to address our issues and update their module to function properly with our operations. As of writing this review, which for transparency they asked me to give feedback on, we have more minor issues to resolve. There is an expectation that we need to dedicate internal resources to testing and verification that behavior matches expected function.Communication between our teams has generally been positive and open. They respond promptly to submitted issues and provide Git access.We will be moving into Odoo 19 and onwards with Technaureus providing our catch weight solution. "
