I have all the design artwork for an old brochure except that it is in quark express for a macintosh machine. So it needs some effort and work to upload it and then update it into high resolution pdf (I am told). You would have thought that The Graphic Design House of Bishop's Printers with all their expertise either would be able to do this and if not, know how and where it could be done. The person I dealt with could not have been more unhelpful and only wanted to reconstruct the whole brochure from new. I could go anywhere for that. They lost a £1000 order because of it.
