We operate as a professional theatre, so the look and branding of our Events Brochure is key to all of our sales. GDH could not be easier to deal with, and we are pretty fussy clients I'm sure. They work with us the whole way to ensure that there is continuity of branding through all of our products, and the creativity that their designers add to the basic raw materials that we give them is first class. We have never had cause to complain, or ever missed a deadline and their whole team are a delight. GDH take care of everything from designing, printing and delivering of our print. I have all the design artwork for an old brochure except that it is in quark express for a macintosh machine. So it needs some effort and work to upload it and then update it into high resolution pdf (I am told). You would have thought that The Graphic Design House of Bishop's Printers with all their expertise either would be able to do this and if not, know how and where it could be done. The person I dealt with could not have been more unhelpful and only wanted to reconstruct the whole brochure from new. I could go anywhere for that. They lost a £1000 order because of it. "
