I have used a system supported by HBP group for almost 5 years and have found them to be simply the best software support I have ever worked with.I have had various issues over my time, from error messages, data not looking how i'd expect, and even questions about if the system can do things to make my job easier all of which have been solved.I will give Kim a special call out as whenever I open a ticket, she calls me right away (usually within minutes!) and gets right to the point of understanding the issue, looking in the system with me, and explaning and solving the problem so I can help myself in the future.Nothing is ever too much, she is patient to answer all my questions and just a nice woman to speak to.Highly recommend! "
