I went to the Bloomsbury store on May 12th to try out sizes for an unstructured Gingham jacket I’d seen online. The staff that day were super helpful with styling and tailoring tips (and also very patient because I must have spent half an hour trying to decide between sizes). I bought the item from the TOAST website a few weeks later but wouldn’t have been able to make an informed decision without the assistance of everyone when I went to the store.
