I interviewed with Xpanxion, twice over the phone. The first time was a call to touch base, the second was to be a conference call interview. I took the day off of work to interview over a conference call, but it turned out to be a phone call, so I turned down a days worth of pay into an interview I could have take in my car during a break. The following week Kori, the recruiter who original reached out to me, called me to let me know the company I was interviewing for was going to setup an in person interview the next week and that she would let me know when. A week went by and no word from Kori, so I emailed her back. Another 2 weeks went by with no response, so I emailed her again, and all I got back was a cold, stock response stating that they went with other candidates. Not even a thanks for my time or an apology for not responding. The market is full of bad recruiters and this is one of them. "
