Top notch customer service. I needed an obscure power supply/adapter and found something they had in stock. Their customer service when I called to help me determine if I could pick up right away was so incredibly pleasant; which is not very common these days. Went to pick up the item and girl at the front desk (she may have been the person that answered the phone) was so friendly. The person that brought up the part to me was just as pleasant!!
