Today I had an appointment with Dr. Santosh Parab, easily the most negligent and useless doctor I’ve ever seen.He refused to order basic blood tests, saying they weren’t necessary. I told him I haven’t felt well since last week and haven’t had a blood test in four years, but he didn’t care.I also have shoulder pain that’s lasted over a month from work. Even after trying exercises and anti-inflammatory creams, the pain hasn’t gone away. When I returned to the GP seeking further assessment — such as a scan, imaging, or even a referral to a physiotherapist — he again refused, saying it wasn’t necessary and implying that it would only create extra costs for me.He dismissed everything I said as irrelevant. I’ve never met a doctor so unwilling to actually do his job or even listen to his patients. Honestly, it feels like he doesn’t know what he’s doing — or just doesn’t care.And what’s worse, I’ve noticed there are already bad reviews about him. How is it possible that no one does anything about it? "

I made an appointment with Dr. Natasha Bohm at 3:40pm today. This is my first time making an appointment with Dr. Bohm.I arrived about 3:38pm and they asked me to wait. After 30mins of waiting, I checked with the staff and she said it should be soon. I asked them after another 10mins and she doesn’t even know where the doctor is. She checked with another staff and she said the doctor is coming soon. Unfortunately, I had to leave because I had to run back to my work.It would have been nice if they communicated well. It was a waste of my time and I had to adjust my schedule for that. "

I couldn’t get to my usual GP on a Saturday morning and I was having an excruciating abdominal pain.I went to VTMC, walked in, receptionist was accomodating, told me about mix billing due to weekend rate, the waiting time was not too long.I was referred to Dr Santos Parab. He listened to my medical concerns, he was very professional and really supported me with the medical checks I need (from securing hard and soft copies of medical certificate, imaging scan and urgent care hospital endorsement).I had a laparoscopic surgery at Canterbury Hospital and he was constantly checking on my welfare. I’m very grateful to Dr Parab. "
