I made contact with Nicolae (CEO, wCopilot) through Linkedin. He led us to wCopilot and we took it from there. We had been working with a different Webflow providers, but we switched to wCopilot. They are engaged with us on a number of projects. We worked with 3-4 wCopilot people on any given project we worked with. The communication was mainly via the custom dashboard. We also had planning meeting with their Project Manager.They delivered work on-time and within budget.

I was looking for a team who can build a website to showcase the opportunities my marketing network offers. I searched online and their name was among the Webflow experts. After a short demo I decided to go with these guys. Since I had no clear scope to start with or design in mind - the subscription model worked just fine for me.We had a kick-off meeting to discuss my goals and objectives. I worked directly with the developer dedicated to my project who assured all tasks were completed.

We bumped into wCopilot by chance. The project wasn't easy since it involved creating designs based on simple mock-ups, integrating forms and CTAs with Hubspot, and at the same time, a tight deadline and a lot of pressure coming from all sides. In the end, the outcome was extremely positive and we highly recommend wCopilot to anyone who wants to create a Webflow website from scratch, or even to anyone who just wants to some small improvements.

We were launching a brand, and needed to build a website. I got a referral from someone else who used wCopilot. We provided web design to the wCopilot team, and they had about 8 weeks to translate the design into a fully functional website. The output was a fully functional website that looks absolutely beautiful. Now we are in a maintenance mode. We worked with 2-3 people on a regular basis - a project manager and a team of developers.
