From day one, they kept us in the loop, explained everything clearly, and made the whole process feel really smooth and stress-free.They added some fantastic new features for us – product subscriptions, abandoned cart functionality to help with sales, and new pages explaining how to use our Miscanthus Bedding for different animals (with a real push on horses, which we love!)
