This was the first host migration I've ever done that I'd call enjoyable. Websavers did, and continue to deliver everything their website said they would. The migration of our four sites was rapid and clean. We were actually downgrading from a VPS service with Godaddy, to a shared hosting with Websavers, yet we find page response times as fast or faster. Support through their on-line ticket process is comprehensive and rapid, and more satisfying than trying to deal over the phone. The Plesk server & site management system appears to be at least equally capable as CPanel, yet feels more modern and fresh. We did have issues with email – entirely due to faults in our own client apps – yet their people helped us with the diagnostics to resolve our issues. Both inbound and outbound mail service is outstanding.I'm thrilled. Seriously, that's not hyperbole. I truly am thrilled. Websavers prices are competitive with other web hosting services, yet behind the door you discover you've stumbled on a concierge level web hosting & service that in my experience is hard to find anywhere else, at any price. "
