She created a stunningly beautiful website for The Survivor Mitzvah Project that is eye-catching, informative, and technically state of the art. Our site is complex and content heavy and Westside Virtual was able to make the functionality of the site seamless, fast, and highly intuitive. We were having some problems with our intranet that was custom built using WordPress/PHP. After some updates to the intranet, a lot of the pages and links were broken and could not get it back to a working site.I went online and did a search for a local WordPress company and found Westside Virtual. I got in contact with Pamela Dean and we had a conversation about my intranet site and how it was developed, etc. I had them do an audit of the site and she responded back with issues and errors that she discovered on the site. The audit was for 4 hours but Pamela took ownership of her work and definitely spent more than 4 hours on the site to provide an extensive audit report. We went over the report and in the end, it was easier to just have Westside Virtual create a brand new intranet site with the features and functions that we required.We had a kick off meeting to go over some of the other changes we wanted to have done compared to the original intranet site. After a couple of months, the new site was ready for review and then a few days later, we went live. Pamela & Westside Virtual were able to make the necessary changes from development to production on our hosting provider's portal. She also made sure that the WordPress backups were running properly since that was one of the other issues that we had.Overall it was a GREAT experience in working with Pamela and Westside Virtual in diagnosing and creating a new intranet site. "
