This is a great hotel. Breakfast was great with a good selection of breads, hot food, and even honeycomb was there. Room was clean and had very convenient things in it. You can drink the tap water because it is clean in Austria. It's also clean in Germany if you go there in the future. But anyway the people working there were very nice and the location was walking distance from a area that had many restaurants. Great hotel! "

Very good position near the main train Station. Close to Belvedere and 20 min walk from the old city center plus many public transport options. Very clean and quiet. It has free laundry, gym and a relaxing sauna.Very fast check in and check out. Staff is friendly and helpful. Highly recommended and if we will be again in Vienna we will be definitely be back. "

Lovely hotel and it is truly massive.For one, the location is truly unbeatable. Walking distance to everything I needed from historical sites, center of Vienna (a bit of a long walk), and food. It was exactly what I was looking for as a first-time tourist and visitor to the city.The staff are incredibly kind and allowed me to check-in early.The breakfast (which was included in my booking) is quite impressive with numerous food options. It rivals some of the best five-star hotel breakfasts I’ve seen.The gym is nice, but a true stand-out is the sauna and infrared sauna. They are HOT, clean, and spacious. Highly recommend a visit.The rooms are fine, but leave something to be desired. There is notable wear on the floors. I booked the stay for 1 person and they only included 1 pillow and 1 towel. It felt very bare-bones.The WiFi was good, and the restaurant in the lobby always seemed busy in the evenings although I didn’t try it myself. "

While this hotel is rated as a 4-star property, it feels much more like a solid 3-star experience... for the price of a 4-star hotel. Despite having amenities like a fitness center and sauna, it lacks several elements expected at the 4-star level.Room & Bathroom:The bathroom amenities were minimal—just one all-in-one squeeze tube for soap and body wash, which wasn’t convenient to use. Towels were thin and worn. The air conditioning didn’t work, and with no room ventilation, the air felt stagnant. The shower area was fully open, so it didn’t retain warmth or steam, which made it less comfortable.Room Features:There was no minibar, which simplified check-in and checkout, but some guests might miss having that option. The room and overall hotel lacked any distinctive character or charm.Location:The hotel is conveniently located about a 7-minute walk from the main train station, making it a good base for travel connections. About 40 min walk to city centre.Positives:The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the staff were friendly and professional. Online check-in was also a convenient option, especially for late arrivals. "

There must be better options for what was ~160 euros. The location was superb, of course, but the room was merely fine, with a lack of adequate linens (a small blanket and one pillow??) and AC that seemed to do nothing at all.Can't speak to the service -- but checkout was very easy even at around 5 a.m. Convenient, but I think you can do better. "
